Dahab Vision provides:
- Website design and development (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, Framer)
- Mobile and web app development (FlutterFlow)
- Branding and digital marketing services
3. Project Agreement & Scope
- All services require a signed agreement outlining project scope, timeline, and payment terms
- Changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
- Client must provide all necessary content, images, and access for project completion
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to start any project
- Remaining balance due upon project completion or milestone delivery
- Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs and code remain the property of Dahab Vision until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, client owns final deliverables
- Dahab Vision may showcase projects in portfolio, marketing, or case studies
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Respond to feedback requests promptly
- Ensure content does not infringe on copyrights or violate laws
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel projects before the start of development — deposit may be refunded partially
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Refunds for completed work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
8. Limitation of Liability
- Dahab Vision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential during and after project delivery.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Somalia. Any disputes will be resolved in Somali courts.
11. Changes to Terms
Dahab Vision may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
